Including To maintain the procurement spreadsheet in order to keep track of contract status and to follow up as required with the Procurement Division and internal and external stakeholders.\n\nCo-ordinate appropriate handover of the programmes and projects to the Programme Managers as per the PMO framework.\n\nContain and follow up on project activities in the absence of the project manager in order to ensure project continuity\n\nCoordinate all lessons learnt documentation and workshops in order to implement best practices gained from past experiences into Project Management systems, tools and guidelines for use in future projects to improve overall project management effectiveness and efficiencies.\n\nMaintain a project repository in order to ensure that project information is accessible to all stakeholders and available for audit purposes.\n\n Job requirements\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must be in possession of:\na minimum of a National Diploma (NQF 6) OR equivalent in project management; and\n\na minimum of 3-5 years of broad cross functional experience in construction project management and process management.\n\nAdditional requirements include:\nproject compliance management knowledge and skill\n\nproject planning knowledge and skill\n\nproject legislation and governance, risk and compliance knowledge and skill\n\nproject risk management knowledge and skill\n\nproject information management knowledge and skill\n\nproject reporting knowledge and skill;\n\ncommunication skills in English (i.e. written and verbal);\n\nbuilding & maintaining relationships\n\nimpact & Influence\n\ninterpersonal sensitivity\n\nanalysing & problem solving\n\nplanning & organising and\n\nteam player.\n\nIn line with the SARB’s commitment to diversifying its workforce, preference will be given to suitable candidates from designated groups.
