This is a\nstrategic, client-facing role focused on identifying systemic issues before they impact our\ncustomers. You will conduct hypothesis-driven target audits, partner with account management\nteams, and drive root cause analysis that protects our commercial relationships and drives\nmeaningful operational improvements.\nThis role is perfect for someone who loves investigative work, has deep claims expertise, and\nwants to make a tangible impact on business outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nProactive Issue Identification: Find problems before clients do by conducting strategic target audits across accounts, lines of business, and exposures\nHypothesis-Driven Investigations: Develop and test hypotheses about potential quality issues, then execute detailed audits to validate findings\nStrategic Analysis: Conduct deep-dive, exposure-specific, LOB-specific, and client-specific reviews that require seasoned claims judgment\nAccount Partnership: Participate in account management calls, discuss client expectations, and serve as a trusted quality advisor\nRoot Cause Analysis: Lead root cause investigations with leadership teams, present findings with clear recommendations and action plans\nAccountability & Escalation: Follow through to ensure action plans are executed; escalate when teams don't follow through on required actions\nCollaboration: Work closely with the QA team on escalated issues and with leadership to drive systemic improvements\nWhat Makes This Role Unique\nUnlike traditional QA roles focused on individual file audits, this is focused on strategic and\ninvestigative claims handling. You'll have the autonomy to identify what to investigate, design\nyour approach, and drive change at the account and organizational level. Your work directly\nprotects revenue and strengthens client relationships.\nRequired Qualifications\nClaims Experience: 3-5+ years of claims adjusting experience across multiple lines of business\nTechnical Expertise: Strong understanding of exposures, coverage, and regulatory requirements\nQA/Audit Background: Previous quality assurance, audit, or quality review experience\nAnalytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes in complex data\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting findings to leadership\nStrategic Thinking: Ability to see both details and big picture; hypothesis development and problem-solving skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working across multiple client accounts or business units\nTrack record of identifying and resolving systemic operational issues\nClient-facing or account management experience\nExperience with data analysis tools and dashboards\nFamiliarity with AI/LLM tools in claims or quality processes\nKey Competencies\nInvestigative Mindset: Natural curiosity about why issues occur, not just what occurred\nStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop hypotheses and design audits to test them\nIndependence: Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity\nInfluence: Can challenge leaders constructively with data-backed recommendations\nDetail-Oriented: Thorough in analysis while maintaining big-picture perspective\nRelationship Management: Builds trust with stakeholders at all levels\nProactive: Takes initiative to surface issues before they escalate\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIdentifying systemic issues before clients raise concerns\nBuilding trusted relationships with account managers and directors\nDriving measurable improvements in quality outcomes through root cause work\nContributing strategic insights that inform operational decisions\nAt Reserv, we value diversity in backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences and believe that diversity in viewpoints and critical thinking drives innovation, first-principles thinking, and success.
