For this role, we are seeking data analysts with strong Python and SQL skills, a curiosity for how claims work and how our systems work them, the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and the ability to both run independently and collaborate with our engineering and operations orgs. We are unable to hire candidates residing in California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the United States.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for executive and functional leaders\nDevelop robust Python- and SQL-based reports to support a deeper understanding of the claim lifecycle and operational performance\nCollaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to understand source system structures and translate them into our standardized data model\nConduct analyses to investigate performance issues, identify root causes, and make recommendations to leadership\nServe as the primary technical liaison between the data team and key internal stakeholders, ensuring analytical solutions meet real business needs\nCommunicate ideas and solutions through clear, concise writing and presentations\nHelp influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing data team\nEnjoy and have fun being creative and thinking outside of the box.
