Responsibilities\nPull, validate, and analyze data for ad-hoc business requests and strategic initiatives.\nTranslate business requirements into SQL queries, reports, and analytical outputs.\nDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.\nIdentify relationships between tables and data sources within complex database environments.\nInvestigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions.\nWork directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate findings.\nSupport reporting, dashboard development, and ongoing analytics initiatives.\nDocument business logic, data definitions, and analytical processes.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of SQL development and data analytics experience.\nAdvanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, temporary tables, subqueries, window functions, stored procedures, and query optimization.\nStrong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and table relationships.\nExperience working with large, complex databases and limited documentation.\nAbility to independently determine data requirements and develop solutions to answer business questions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to learn new business processes and data structures quickly.\nPreferred
