In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, supporting material availability for production, and driving purchasing activities across assigned commodities.\nWorking closely with Regional Commodity Managers, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers, you will play an important role in maintaining a reliable supply chain and ensuring smooth business operations. You will help support supplier performance, identify cost optimization opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.\nThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international manufacturing environment where you can make a direct impact on business performance and operational success.\nJOB DUTIES:\nCollaborate with Regional Commodity Managers to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for assigned commodities.\nMonitor supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost, logistics, and risk management metrics.\nDrive supplier improvement activities and support corrective action plans when needed.\nCoordinate supplier transitions, material substitutions, and manufacturing site transfers while minimizing operational impact.\nHelp ensure material availability and proactively address potential supply chain risks.\nManage critical supply issues and support shortage resolution activities.\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.\nMonitor market trends and commodity conditions that may impact supply or pricing.\nMaintain supplier master data and purchasing parameters in SAP.\nEnsure accuracy of purchased item data within ERP systems.\nResolve invoice discrepancies and supplier payment issues.\nManage non-conforming deliveries and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.\nSupport Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities and commodity strategies.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support production and business objectives.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.\n\nYOU MUST HAVE:\nExperience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or sales of electronic components.\nExperience working with suppliers and managing supplier relationships.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.\nProactive approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\nWE VALUE:\nExperience within a manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of
