ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services across APAC and EMEA. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accurate HR data management, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience.

Working within a global HR Operations team, you will serve as a trusted partner to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders by providing expert support, resolving complex inquiries, and ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with local requirements.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

JOB DUTIES

  • Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions across APAC and EMEA, including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave administration, and terminations.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR operational inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

  • Independently manage HR transactions within Oracle and related systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

  • Ensure HR processes are completed in accordance with established service level agreements and internal controls.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of documentation, system updates, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

  • Support audits, reporting activities, data validation exercises, and compliance-related requirements.

  • Maintain and update process documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or a similar HR support role.

  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.

  • Hands-on experience processing HR transactions within an HRIS platform.

  • Experience supporting employees and stakeholders across multiple countries or regions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

WE VALUE

  • Experience working within a global HR Operations or Shared Services environment supporting APAC and/or EMEA.

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Experience supporting employee benefits administration in India, including coordination of benefits programs, vendor interactions, and employee inquiries.

  • Exposure to HR process improvement initiatives, system implementations, or project work.

  • Understanding of HR compliance and employment documentation requirements.

  • Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
