Are you passionate about manufacturing technologies, process optimization and continuous improvement?\nAs an NPI Process Engineer, you will play a key role in introducing new products into manufacturing and ensuring a smooth transition from development to serial production. Working across the full product industrialization lifecycle, you will define and validate manufacturing processes, support engineering builds and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.\nJOB DUTIES\nLead manufacturing engineering activities within New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.\nDefine, develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.\nSupport DFM/DFT reviews and provide manufacturing expertise throughout product development.\nCoordinate engineering and validation builds, including EVT, DVT, PVT and Release to Production activities.\nConduct process analysis, PFMEA and manufacturing validation activities.\nDefine requirements for production equipment, tooling, fixtures and test solutions.\nDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation and process specifications.\nMonitor quality, yield and productivity during NPI builds and production ramp-up.\nDrive continuous improvement, cost optimization and standardization initiatives.\nSupport manufacturing transfers, engineering changes and production readiness activities.\n\nYOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or New Product Introduction (NPI).\nPractical knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, THT soldering and PCB/PWA assembly.\nExperience with manufacturing process development, optimization and troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of production equipment, manufacturing tooling and industrial engineering principles.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nWE VALUE\nExperience with product industrialization, manufacturing transfers or NPI environments.\nKnowledge of DFM/DFT reviews, process validation and PFMEA.\nFamiliarity with electronics manufacturing testing technologies, including ICT, FCT and automated inspection systems.\nKnowledge of IPC standards and quality requirements for electronic assemblies.\nExperience with SAP or other ERP systems.\nUnderstanding of engineering change management processes (ECR/ECO).\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience coordinating
