implementation.\nJOB DUTIES\nDevelop and validate packaging solutions for new and existing products\nDesign packaging structures and collaborate with suppliers on prototypes and customizations\nEvaluate packaging designs for manufacturability, form, fit, and function\nCreate and maintain packaging documentation, technical specifications, and Packaging Data Sheets\nManage packaging testing and validation activities according to applicable standards\nSupport new product introductions and packaging implementation within manufacturing environments\nApprove and validate new packaging components, equipment, processes, and operations\nWork closely with Purchasing and manufacturing teams to evaluate packaging feasibility and costs\nIdentify opportunities for packaging innovation, cost reduction, and process improvements\nProvide recommendations and business cases for packaging optimization initiatives\nSupport manufacturing sites with packaging-related technical expertise and problem resolution\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements\nManage multiple packaging projects and priorities simultaneously\nEnsure packaging solutions comply with quality and regulatory requirements\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives supporting packaging and manufacturing operations\n\nYOU MUST HAVE\n1-3 years of experience in packaging development or packaging engineering\nExperience with packaging design, testing and validation \nKnowledge of packaging testing standards such as ISTA and ASTM\nExperience with CAD software\nFluent English, both written and spoken\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills\n\nWE VALUE\nExperience with ArtiosCAD and Kongsberg plotter\nExperience within a manufacturing environment\nKnowledge of packaging distribution testing methodologies\nExperience supporting product launches and manufacturing operations\nFamiliarity with packaging documentation and technical
