day one.\nJOB DUTIES\nDevelop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and shipping requirements. \nCreate and manage fixed production plans while monitoring execution and escalating issues when necessary. \nPlan production capacity based on customer orders, forecasts, safety stock requirements, and material availability. \nMonitor delivery performance and support achievement of on-time customer delivery targets. \nIdentify, analyze, and escalate material shortages and supply constraints. \nCreate and maintain shortage reports and track overdue orders. \nWork closely with Production, Customer Care, Engineering, Quality, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Procurement teams to resolve operational issues. \nCommunicate delivery commitments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. \nSupport inventory reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities. \nAnalyze root causes of planning and delivery challenges and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nYOU MUST HAVE\nVery good command of Czech and English, both written and spoken. \nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities. \nProactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution. \nWE VALUE\nExperience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment. \nExperience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems. \nAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.\nDriving license (group B).\nStrong analytical and logical-thinking capabilities. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nRecent graduates with relevant internships, part-time experience, or
