The successful candidate will collect, analyse, and interpret business data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with management, technical teams, and other stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.\n\nProficiency in SQL for retrieving, filtering, and analysing data.\n\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or a similar business intelligence platform.\n\nBasic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.\n\nGood understanding of data cleaning, validation, modelling, and visualization.\n\nAbility to analyse business processes and convert business requirements into data solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with key performance indicators, forecasting, and statistical analysis.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to explain complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nPrevious experience or a strong portfolio in business or data analysis is preferred.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCollect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple business sources.\n\nCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance-tracking tools.\n\nIdentify business trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.\n\nDefine and monitor key performance indicators across business functions.\n\nTranslate business requirements into reports, queries, and analytical solutions.\n\nPrepare data-driven recommendations to support management decisions.\n\nWork with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.\n\nPerform ad hoc analysis and present findings clearly and accurately.\n\nSupport forecasting, budgeting, operational planning, and performance reviews.\n\nEnsure the accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and integrity of business data.\n\nDocument data sources, report definitions, and analytical processes.\n\nContinuously improve reporting workflows and data analysis
