Assist with process improvements, system configuration support, data management, and cross-functional project initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and ensure successful SAP deployment. This opportunity will last for approximately 8 months.\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSAP Implementation & System Support:\nSupport SAP system navigation training and process documentation\nAssist in data migration activities and data quality validation\nExecute system test cases for supply chain and procurement modules\nParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and document issues/findings\nSupport end-user training coordination and material preparation\nHelp maintain master data including materials, vendors, and customer information\nAssist with process gap analysis and requirements documentation\nSupport system configuration activities and change request documentation\nPrepare system procedure guides and quick reference materials\nTrack and coordinate SAP-related process improvement initiatives\nPerform any other job-related duties as assigned\nProcurement & Vendor Management:\nSupport purchase requisition creation and submission processes in SAP and legacy systems.\nAssist in gathering vendor quotes and preparing comparison documentation\nHelp maintain and update vendor master data in SAP\nSupport vendor on-boarding activities and documentation collection\nAssist in purchase order (PO) creation, review, and distribution\nPrepare and organize procurement documentation and archives\nPerform any other job-related duties as assigned\nInventory & Materials Management:\nSupport stock movement documentation and material transaction processing\nHelp maintain accurate inventory records in SAP\nMonitor inventory levels and support reorder point management\nAssist in identifying and flagging excess or obsolete inventory\nPrepare inventory reports and analysis to support management decisions\nEH&S:\nSupport company policy and applicable regulations\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nStudent enrolled in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Materials Management or related program\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)\nDemonstrated ability to organize and manage data and processes\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nSound knowledge of food/pharmaceutical environment\nBEHAVIOURAL:\nDemonstrated ability to apply the following behavioural competencies on the job:\nTeamwork: Working effectively and productively with others\nInterpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating, building rapport and relating well to all personality types\nGoal Orientation: Energetically focusing efforts on meeting a goal, mission or objective\nOrganization and Planning: Utilizing logical, systematic and orderly procedures to meet objectives\nProblem Solving: Anticipating, analysing, diagnosing and resolving problems\nDecision Making: Utilizing effective processes to make timely decisions\nWritten Communication: Writing clearly, succinctly and in a manner understood by the target audience.\nFlexibility: Agility in adapting to change.
