This role supports the supervisor and warehouse and materials personnel, ensures compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and drives continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as primary support contact for warehouse team members\nHelp drive priorities as dictated by management and other warehouse staff\nFacilitate team meetings to address progress, initiatives, and issues\nGuide team members on SOPs, control documents, and work instructions\nOrder, receive, release, and store materials and supplies; dispense in accordance with work orders and SOPs\nHelp maintain proper inventory levels throughout the site\nConduct periodic physical inventory counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies\nUse SAP (or equivalent system) to track inventory and materials\nServe as SAP Subject Matter Expert for the team\nServe as point of contact for departmental safety initiatives and oversee safety inspections\nEnsure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and documentation\nParticipate in spill control, hazardous materials handling, and first aid response\nSafely transport solvents, hazardous materials, and equipment as needed\nMonitor KPIs and support process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs\nAssist with scheduling of warehouse/production activities and analyze data trends to identify solutions\nProvide off-shift or on-call support as needed\nWork Schedule:\nThis role will be for day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6am-6:30pm.\nEducation, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:\nMinimum Requirements\nPrior experience in a warehouse environment\nKnowledge of operating other warehouse machinery\nKnowledge of SAP or other ERP system\nPreferred Background\nHigh school diploma\nPrior experience in a regulated or cGMP environment\nCertification in forklift operation\nRequirements:\nThe following list contains requirements that may be required, to varying frequencies.\nLifting and carrying up to 35 lbs\nWorking at heights up to 20 ft\nSitting\nStanding\nWalking\nBending\nStooping\nTwisting\nReaching\nRepetitive motion\nNoise exposure\nOperating vehicles\nOperating moving machinery\nChemical usage\nTraveling\nMonitoring others’ work\nWearing personal protective equipment (PPE)\nVisual and hearing requirements: Ability to read and interpret information on computer screens and documents, distinguish colors, and interpret sounds at normal conversational volume levels.\nSponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available for this position.\nResilience is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
