This role serves as a key point of\ncoordination between clients and internal cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones,\ndeliverables, and timelines are achieved.\nThe Project Manager I (PM I) manages projects of moderate complexity and supports technical\ntransfer, development, manufacturing, and supply chain activities throughout the project\nlifecycle. Working under general direction, the PM I develops project plans, tracks schedules,\nfacilitates communication, and proactively identifies project risks.\nThe Project Manager I (PM I) contributes to customer satisfaction by building productive client\nrelationships and ensuring effective collaboration among technical, quality, manufacturing, and\ncommercial teams.\nJob Responsibilities\nProject Execution & Coordination\no Manage assigned client projects from initiation through completion.\no Develop and maintain project timelines, action item logs, and status reports.\no Coordinate project activities across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, MS&T,\nRegulatory Affairs, and Product Development teams\no Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and scope.\no Support technical transfer and manufacturing readiness activities.\nClient Engagement & Relationship Management\no Serve as the day-to-day client contact for assigned programs.\no Facilitate routine project meetings and provide project status updates.\no Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, risks, and\nkey milestones.\no Support preparation of client presentations and project review meetings.\nCross-Functional Team Coordination\no Coordinate activities across multiple functional groups to ensure alignment and\nexecution of project objectives.\no Drive accountability for assigned action items and project commitments.\no Escalate issues, resource constraints, and timeline risks as appropriate\nFinancial & Schedule Management\no Maintain project schedules and monitor milestone performance.\no Support budget tracking, purchase requests, and project forecasting activities.\no Assist with change order documentation and monitoring project scope changes.\nRisk & Change Management\no Identify project risks and issues and support development of mitigation plans.\no Track project changes and ensure appropriate communication to stakeholders.\no Escalate significant risks and delays in a timely manner.\nQuality & Compliance\no Ensure adherence to GMP, quality systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.\no Maintain project documentation consistent with company procedures\nEducation and Experience\nMinimum Requirements\no Previous experience in project coordination, project management, manufacturing, development, or\noperations experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CDMO, or related\nindustries.\no Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.\no Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\no Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or\nequivalent.\no Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Background\no 2-4 years of project coordination, project management, manufacturing, development, or\noperations experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CDMO, or related\nindustries.\no Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or\nrelated discipline.\no Experience working in a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization\n(CDMO) and/or Contract Research Organization (CRO).\no Experience supporting technical transfer, clinical manufacturing, or commercial\nmanufacturing programs.\no PMP certification or project management training.\no Familiarity with drug development lifecycle from clinical through commercial\nmanufacturing.\nResilience Physical and Mental Requirements Checklist\nPlease describe the above and/or any other physical or mental requirements:\nSee job description.\nDoes the job require:\nSpecific visual skills (i.e., extensive reading or computer use, normal color vision,\ndepth perception, or visual acuity)\nInterpreting sounds and associated meanings at volume levels consistent with interpersonal or\ngroup conversations; interpreting letters and numbers when viewed on a computer screen,\nmonitor, reports and other documents; identifying and distinguishing colors; seeing with 20/20\n(or better) vision, with or without correction.\nSponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available for this position.\nResilience is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
