This role offers the opportunity to shape integration architecture, create reusable assets, and support production APIs across a complex enterprise landscape.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.\nBuild solutions using API-led connectivity principles (System, Process, and Experience APIs).\nDevelop and support integrations between CRM, ERP, data platforms, SaaS applications, and internal systems.\nCreate reusable integration assets, connectors, templates, and shared services.\nParticipate in technical design sessions and help define integration architecture and best practices.\nGather requirements from stakeholders, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.\nDevelop APIs and services using RAML/OpenAPI specifications with proper versioning and documentation.\nImplement API security policies including OAuth 2.0, JWT, basic authentication, mutual TLS, and API gateway controls.\nTroubleshoot performance issues, integration failures, and production incidents.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes for MuleSoft applications.\nMonitor integrations and APIs using platform tools and logging frameworks.\nMentor junior developers and contribute to development standards, code reviews, and technical documentation.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n4+ years of experience in software development, integration, or API engineering.\n3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience using Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform.\nStrong experience developing RESTful APIs and working with SOAP web services.\nSolid understanding of integration patterns, message transformation, orchestration, and error handling.\nExperience with DataWeave for mapping and transformation logic.\nProficiency with Mule 4.\nExperience with API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.\nFamiliarity with RAML or OpenAPI/Swagger.\nKnowledge of JSON, XML, and XSD.\nExperience integrating with databases, file systems, SaaS platforms, and third-party APIs.\nExperience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.\nNice to Have\nMuleSoft Certified Developer or other MuleSoft certifications.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with containerization and deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with event-driven integration patterns and messaging platforms such as Kafka, JMS, or MQ.\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Engagement & Logistics\nEngagement Length: 6 to 11 Months.\nTime Zone: CST -
