This role focuses on building secure, scalable applications and automation across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure services, with strong emphasis on CI/CD and ALM.\nThis is an opportunity to work on agentic AI workflows and modern integration patterns using Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and related services while contributing reusable components and connectors across the Power Platform ecosystem.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and build full-stack applications that integrate with Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).\nDevelop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD workflows supporting Dynamics and Power Platform deployments.\nExtend Dynamics 365 functionality with custom development using TypeScript, JavaScript, and C# as appropriate.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agentic AI workflows using Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, and Logic Apps.\nImplement secure, scalable backend services using Azure App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Cosmos DB.\nIntegrate and automate data and workflows using Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Databricks where applicable.\nBuild reusable components, custom connectors, and solution packages across the Power Platform.\nEnsure best practices for coding, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) are followed.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including front-end (React/Angular/TypeScript) and back-end (.NET/C# ).\nStrong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.\nHands-on experience developing and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.\nSolid understanding of Dataverse, custom connectors, and solution packaging.\nExperience building enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.\nComfortable working with REST APIs, integration tools, and middleware such as Logic Apps and Service Bus.\nExperience working with Azure services including App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Cosmos DB.\nAbility to work independently and as part of Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics.\nPrevious exposure to Microsoft Fabric or other enterprise data platforms.\nCertification in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365.\nKnowledge of agentic AI frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AutoGen.\nFamiliarity with Azure AI Services, OpenAI on Azure, and prompt engineering.Engagement & Logistics\nEngagement Length: 6 to 11 months\nTime Zone: 10:30 -
