Junior - Mid-Level UX/UI Designer

About this Position:

ResMan is looking to bring aboard a talented Junior to Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our small but growing UX/UI team! We are in search of a positive team player with a solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, stellar collaboration skills, and a compelling design portfolio that highlights research and design process. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to grow as a designer while helping grow our small but mighty design team. This role is full-time, based out of ResMan HQ in Plano, Texas, and reports to our Principal UX/UI Designer.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform user research, competitive analysis and usability testing

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers

• Produce high-quality design solutions using wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes

• Contribute to creating pixel perfect design system components

• Pivot between design initiatives and supporting various product teams

What we Offer:

• Salary of $65,000 to $85,000 depending upon experience

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer

• Impressive Design Portfolio that highlights research and design process

• Experience solving complex design problems utilizing a user-first approach

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or UX/UI Design Bootcamp graduate

• Strong to Expert proficiency in Figma

• This is an on-site role based out of ResMan Headquarters located in Plano, Texas (Dallas Forth Worth area)
