The successful candidate will be technically-savvy, eager to learn and able to perform job functions in a self-directed and independent manner.\nThis role is an essential part of the ‘glue’ that enables our marketing team to execute campaigns in a timely manner. You have a passion for building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns.\nWe are looking for someone that is:\nCurious by nature\n\nSelf-starter, independent\n\nExcited to test and learn. Then test and learn again\n\nOrganized and love to plan\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment\n\nA good communicator with teammates and stakeholders\n\nPay close attention to details\n\nResponsibilities\nProject manage and provide support and assistance in planning, developing, and overseeing the logistics for all internal campaigns, including webinars, direct-mail, account-based marketing, events, and email campaigns, specifically focused on New Customer Acquisition for the ResMan core suite of products\n\nUtilize HubSpot to deliver timely and relevant marketing campaigns that include smart lists, smart campaigns, emails, landing pages, and web forms\n\nManage process for all marketing prospect and customer databases in HubSpot and lead/contact management in Salesforce.com\n\nManage all email communications and email calendar for all prospect and customer-facing communications via Asana\n\nManage internal lead process by working with internal team on lead qualification guidelines\n\nQAing campaigns through Hubspot emails, workflows, landing pages and Salesforce syncs\n\nTriaging sync/lead/program issues in Hubspot and Salesforce\n\nOwning Hubspot weekly, monthly and quarterly metric email and campaign reporting, including CTR, open rates, bounce rates, response rates, etc.\n\nRequirements\nSkills and Experience Needed\nMarketing background from college or career\n\nA strong desire to learn and independently manage marketing systems, perfect project management tools and own their role\n\nHighly self-motivated, accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail\n\nAbility to develop timelines and meet deadlines\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and mitigate technical and system issues\n\nExceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask while driving results\n\nStrong written, oral and cross-functional communication skills\n\nAn ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and very motivated to work autonomously in a remote environment while also collaborating with the broader team.\n\nTo be comfortable working at ResMan, you will have:\nDesire
