The Training Specialist will assist in the onboarding of team members and train new and existing clients with specific focus on demonstrating and reinforcing ResMan’s service-focused culture.\nThe position requires training at remote locations throughout the country up to several times a month. The position also requires that the team member have a detailed, working knowledge of the ResMan software product and responsibility for training end users to proficiently use our software.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe core duties and responsibilities of ResMan’s Training Specialist position include, but are not limited to the following:\nWorks directly with the Manager of Learning and Development, Senior Lead Trainer, and Clients to ensure training is facilitated in a timely manner\n\nUtilizes established and effective training methodologies, techniques, and ideas.\n\nFacilitates client training sessions either On Campus, Off Campus or Virtual Training\n\nConducts internal training sessions for ResMan team members including new hire onboarding, role-specific training, and ongoing continuing education programs.\n\nIdentify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.\n\nResponsible for creating, updating, and maintaining training materials to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance, including facilitator agendas, learner agendas, and training presentations\n\nSets up and maintains training facility and resources\n\nAttendance/Punctuality - Consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and trainings prepared and on time\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or one- to two-years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nOn-site Multi-family property management experience preferred.
