Reporting to the Director, Integrated Supply Chain Planning, you’ll help improve forecast quality, strengthen planning routines and embed consistent processes and tools across the region.\nYou’ll bring together sales trends, market intelligence, statistical modelling and business assumptions to build accurate, scalable demand plans. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, Customer Service and Operations, you’ll identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions and create alignment around a realistic view of demand. Your work will help improve product flow, inventory decisions and supply network resilience.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead monthly demand planning cycles and demand reviews for Greater China, ensuring timely, high-quality inputs and clear assumptions.\nAnalyse sales data, macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, competitive intelligence and internal demand signals to identify risks, opportunities and demand drivers.\nDrive key elements of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, providing insights and recommendations for Commercial Management Reviews.\nApply statistical forecasting, predictive analytics, sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling to improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias and optimise inventory positions.\nPartner with Finance to align demand forecasts and inventory strategies with revenue projections, quarterly budgets and long-term financial plans.\nManage demand planning for new product introductions and product lifecycle changes, including phase-outs and cannibalisation, to help minimise excess and obsolete inventory.\nAct as a functional subject matter expert for demand planning operations, process improvements and system-enabled planning capabilities.\nPartner with IT and system integrators on requirements gathering, blueprint workshops, functional design, planning logic, configuration and business usability.\nSupport planning design across statistical forecasting, demand segmentation, IBP/S&OP integration, consensus planning, exception management, workflows and master data.\nStrengthen standard planning processes, governance and tool adoption across APAC demand planning.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Operations or a related field.\n7+ years in Demand Planning, IBP or planning systems, including directly driving monthly demand planning cycles and demand reviews.\nSolid knowledge of statistical forecasting, forecast accuracy and bias, segmentation, lifecycle planning and demand analytics.\nHands-on capability with demand planning tools and system-enabled planning processes.\nProven ability to translate data, assumptions and market signals into practical planning decisions.\nBackground partnering across Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, Customer Service and Operations to develop aligned demand plans.\nStakeholder engagement and analytical problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex planning insights clearly.\nNice to Have\nExposure to o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP or similar planning platforms.\nFamiliarity with global planning processes or transformation environments.\nE-Commerce demand management or CPFR exposure.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nTransformative Mindset: Look beyond today’s process and continuously seek better ways to improve planning outcomes.\nOwnership: Take accountability for planning quality, follow-through and delivering against recurring cycles and deadlines.\nConstructive Challenge: Question assumptions thoughtfully while bringing stakeholders together around a realistic demand plan.\nClarity: Turn complex insights into simple, meaningful messages for both business and technical audiences.\nCollaboration: Build alignment across functions and navigate effectively within a global, matrixed environment.\n Disciplined Thinking: Approach uncertainty and root causes with curiosity, structure and a data-driven mindset.\nWhy Join Resmed\nAt Resmed, this role gives you the opportunity to influence demand planning across Greater China while contributing to planning excellence across APAC.
