This leader will function as a Subject Matter Expert on core functions and processes. This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor.\nLet’s talk about Responsibilities\nDirects daily activities for distribution employees.\nParticipates in the day to day duties of the warehouse.\nPerforms inventory control activities, including cycle count, data entry, report generation and reconciliation.\nExpedites critical shipments as required.\nFunctions as the point person for questions from the distribution teams.\nSupports the training of warehouse employees.\nParticipates in all system upgrades, testing or implementations.\nEnforces all OSHA, FDA and ISO rules and regulations.\nOther tasks and responsibilities as assigned.\nWill walk and may occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 40lbs.\nMay handle \"packaged\" hazardous materials.\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.\nLet’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required\nMust have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (combination of education and experience will be considered)\nMust have a minimum of 1 year of distribution or warehouse leadership experience\nStrong familiarity with MS Office applications\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDisplay energetic, self-motivated and quick thinking with positive attitude.\nMust be flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed.\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nThe requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
