The role supports timely investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies and ensures on-time material availability to manufacturing operations.\nLet’s talk about Responsibilities\nManagement of inventory accuracy across all warehouses in country, ensuring inventory records are accurate, complete, and aligned with system transactions.\nPartner with 3PL and internal departments to investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.\nGenerate inventory replenishment reports aligned to production plans to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing.\nPerform system inventory transactions including stock requests, adjustments, returns, and transfers in accordance with current company policies.\nExecute and govern cycle counts and observation counts for both internal and 3PL warehouses with specified regularity, including variance analysis and escalation where required.\nCollaborate with the global inventory control team to sustain, update, and improve inventory control procedures and standard operating processes.\nManage requests for new sub-inventories and locators in line with company policies and system governance.\nSupport inventory audits and compliance activities, ensuring audit readiness and documentation accuracy.\nMonitor inventory irregularities such as variances, ageing, and slow-moving stock, and provide regular solutioning and reporting internal stakeholders.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, process efficiency, and operational reliability.\nLet’s talk about Qualifications and Experience\nRequired:\nDiploma in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.\nAt least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related operations role.\nExperience working with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, or similar).\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis and macro programming.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.\nPreferred:\nExperience working with 3PL-managed warehouses.\nExposure to manufacturing or regulated environments (e.g. GMP, ISO).\nExperience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and audit support.\nBasic knowledge of inventory best practices, internal controls, and continuous improvement principles.\nExperience using WMS or advanced inventory modules within ERP systems. \nWhy Join Us?\nPlay a pivotal role in ensuring seamless inventory operations.\nCollaborate with a supportive team and global partners.\nContribute to a high-performing and innovative manufacturing environment.\nJoining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
