This role supports the global sales network by helping deliver components and products to internal and external customers.\nLet’s Talk About Responsibilities\nThe Warehouse Line Leader performs warehouse operator duties while taking on additional daily coordination and administrative responsibilities within the assigned area. The role provides day-to-day task support for up to 10 warehouse operators and assists with work scheduling.\nResponsibilities include working directly in Oracle, coordinating with Sales, Production, and other departments, and resolving operational issues within established processes.\nPerform daily warehouse tasks alongside warehouse operators.\nAssist with day-to-day work scheduling and assign or delegate individual tasks as needed.\nComplete assigned administrative tasks, including working directly in Oracle.\nCoordinate with Sales, Production, and other departments on warehouse-related activities.\nServe as a point of contact for task-related issues and resolve problems within established processes.\nAct as the Team Leader’s delegate when required.\nProvide daily task-related support to warehouse operators while maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.\nLeadership Structure: The Team Leader retains responsibility for directing employees and the work environment within the assigned area and for carrying out business objectives.
