You will connect plant operations, manufacturing, supply chain and technology teams to improve how critical manufacturing data is discovered, governed, integrated and used.\nYour work will span Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Execution Process (MEP) design and upstream ERP master data. By leading multiple squads and translating operational needs into practical solutions, you will help improve data quality, resolve manufacturing data issues and turn technology delivery into meaningful operational and financial outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead multiple cross-functional squads, translating business and user needs into clear use cases, requirements, delivery plans and success measures.\nOwn the integrated roadmap and portfolio for manufacturing master data solutions, partnering with value stream owners, transformation leaders and the Manufacturing Excellence PMO.\nCoordinate capacity, sequencing and dependencies across squads while maintaining visibility of progress, risks and blockers.\nConduct data discovery across MES and ERP systems to understand data sources, dependencies and the current manufacturing data landscape.\nPartner with plant operations and manufacturing stakeholders to define data requirements for line setup, work order release, production reporting and other MEP workflows.\nDevelop processes for creating and maintaining routings, bills of materials, work orders, genealogy and traceability records.\nIdentify root causes of production, quality-hold, genealogy and MES-to-ERP data discrepancies, then guide their resolution.\nEstablish data quality metrics and KPIs, monitor data integrity and implement manufacturing data governance practices.\nRecommend system and process improvements that prevent recurring data issues and support reliable manufacturing execution.\nTrack adoption and value indicators, communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders and highlight gaps between technical completion and realized value.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field.\nAt least five years in master data management, data governance or supply chain systems.\nDirect exposure to MES and MEP design or a large-scale manufacturing transformation.\nSound understanding of manufacturing processes, value streams and operational improvement opportunities.\nBackground coordinating multiple delivery teams or squads across business, process, data and technology disciplines.\nAbility to partner with manufacturing and plant operations teams to define data requirements supporting MEP workflows.\nProven capability leading cross-functional workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nKnowledge of data quality KPIs and root-cause analysis for MES-to-ERP interface discrepancies.\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with Oracle Fusion and its integration with MES platforms.\nExposure to supply chain transformation projects.\nKnowledge of manufacturing genealogy, traceability and quality transaction data.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nBusiness Partnership: Build trusted relationships across plant operations, manufacturing, supply chain and technology teams.\nStructured Thinking: Turn complex operational needs and data challenges into clear, practical delivery plans.\nCollaborative Leadership: Create alignment across multiple squads, disciplines and stakeholder groups.\nOwnership: Maintain visibility of commitments, risks and dependencies while enabling timely decisions and escalation.\nOutcome Focus: Keep adoption and realised value at the centre of solution delivery.\n Continuous Improvement: Look beyond immediate fixes to prevent recurring issues and strengthen manufacturing processes.\nWhy Join Resmed\nAt Resmed, you will help shape the data foundations behind manufacturing execution and supply chain transformation.
