Key deliverables include conducting process validation, scrap reduction and cost saving initiatives. \nLet’s talk about Responsibilities\nTo implement, maintain & improve Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Moulding Manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities and documentation to meet moulding production volumes and at all times follow OH&S guidelines.\nPossess Global mindset and ability to work with other geographical sites\nLead & manage multiple Projects, Influence and Collaborate with other teams\nLead, mentor or train junior engineers and technicians\nDevelop robust moulding processes.\nSupport mould trials and qualification.\nReduce cycle time, Reduce Moulding Scrap and Manufacturing cost.\nImprove Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).\nInvestigate moulding defects and customer complaints.\nWork closely with Production, Planning, Quality, SQE, PD, PLE, GSA and Marketing teams\nAble to work independently without guidance in fast-paced and high-pressure environment\nDecision making based on data-driven and risk analysis\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\nLeadership and mentoring capability\nEffective communication with cross-functional teams\nContinuous improvement mindset (Lean Manufacturing)\nLet’s talk about Qualifications and Experience\nEducation:\nBachelor's Degree in:Mechanical Engineering\nManufacturing Engineering\nPolymer Engineering \nChemical Engineering \n\nExperience:\n5 to 10+ years of injection moulding experience.\nStrong hands-on experience in:LSR moulding\nMulti-cavity mould processing\nMedical, automotive, or consumer product manufacturing\nHigh-volume automated manufacturing environments\n\nTechnical Skills:\nLSR material handling\nLSR moulding machine and dosing unit operation\nLSR Process optimization, Defects troubleshooting and Scrap reduction\nMold Qualification and Accepance\nTool Design Review\nProblem-Solving skills (such as DMAIC, Cause & Effect, 5 Whys)\nAutomation and Robotic integration\nAble to read and interpret Mechanical Drawing \nAble to read and interpret GD&T ASME Y14.5-2018\nQuality and Regulatory Knowledge:\nStatistical Process Control (Cpk, SPC)\nHypothesis Test and Design of Experience \nPFMEA and Control Plans\nDQ/IQ/OQ/PQ process validation\nISO 13485 (medical devices)\nSafety standards (ISO, OSHA)\nGMP requirements (for medical manufacturing)\nJoining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
