goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSales Operations & Data Analytics\nSupport Sales Operations through data analysis, reporting, and data management activities.\n\nAnalyse sales and commercial data to identify trends, patterns, data issues, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nWork with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear data, reporting, and analytical solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs to support business decision-making.\n\nSales Commission & Incentive Data Support\nSupport data-related activities for sales commission, incentive, quota, and compensation programs.\n\nPrepare, validate, and reconcile commission-related datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.\n\nInvestigate data discrepancies and support resolution of commission and incentive data issues.\n\nProvide data and reporting support for commission calculations, analysis, and business reviews.\n\nData Warehouse & DataMart Solutions\nSupport the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise Data Warehouse and DataMart solutions.\n\nExtract, transform, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.\n\nSupport integration of customer, physician, sales, product, and other commercial datasets.\n\nDevelop and maintain SQL queries, data transformations, and analytical datasets.\n\nParticipate in data modeling and ETL/ELT activities to support reporting and analytics requirements.\n\nCollaborate with GTS and other technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.\n\nData Quality & Governance\nPerform data quality checks, validation, reconciliation, and profiling to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\n\nIdentify data discrepancies, anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.\n\nSupport implementation of data governance standards and processes.\n\nMaintain data definitions and business rules to ensure consistent interpretation of sales and commercial data.\n\nContribute to data quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nData Documentation & Lineage\nCreate and maintain Data Dictionaries, Source-to-Target mappings, Data Lineage, and business rules.\n\nDocument data sources, transformations, relationships, and dependencies.\n\nData Access & Security\nSupport data access requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.\n\nWork with GTS and business stakeholders to define user data access requirements.\n\nSupport appropriate handling of sensitive and confidential business data in accordance with company policies and applicable data privacy and security requirements.\n\nReporting & Business Intelligence\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar BI platforms.\n\nTransform complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights.\n\nMonitor report and dashboard performance and identify opportunities for optimization.\n\nEnsure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with agreed business requirements.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and analytical workflows.\n\nAutomate repetitive data preparation, validation, and reporting activities where appropriate.\n\nExplore the use of Python, AI, and ML to improve data analysis and operational efficiency.\n\nStay current with data analytics, visualization, data management, and business intelligence best practices.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, sales analytics, data management, business intelligence, or a related field.\n\nStrong experience in SQL and working with relational databases.\n\nExperience with data warehousing, DataMart, ETL/ELT, and data integration concepts.\n\nHands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar BI/reporting tools.\n\nExperience performing data analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.\n\nUnderstanding of data modeling, data quality, governance, and data lineage.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technology teams.\n\nPreferred\nExperience or exposure to Python, ML, or AI.\n\nCertification in data
