Do:\nDesign, develop, and maintain responsive React/TypeScript web applications and secure, scalable C#/.NET REST APIs and microservices to deliver reliable customer-facing features.\nOwn technical solutions from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support; break down complex work and guide engineers to delivery.\nLead architecture and design discussions; evaluate trade-offs and produce clear architecture, component, and sequence diagrams, API contracts, and technical documentation.\nBuild, deploy, and troubleshoot containerized services on AWS EKS; collaborate on Kubernetes configuration, networking, IAM, load balancing, scaling, and CI/CD pipelines.\nDesign and optimize PostgreSQL data access, SQL queries, indexes, and schemas in AWS-managed databases to improve performance and scalability.\nInvestigate production incidents and cross-service failures using Datadog logs, APM, traces, dashboards, and alerts; perform root cause analysis and implement durable fixes.\nConduct high-quality code and design reviews; champion clean code, secure development, maintainability, observability, and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nPartner with QA and DevOps teams to strengthen Cypress/Playwright test automation, deployment validation, and release quality.\nWork on observability (alerting/monitoring) of workloads, triage production issues, and help improve system reliability.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on full stack engineering experience.\nStrong proficiency in C#, modern .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful services, and microservices design.\nStrong frontend development experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.\nPractical experience with AWS cloud services and containerized applications; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS.\nExperience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases, including SQL, indexing, schema design, and query performance tuning.\nSolid understanding of distributed systems, system design, API security, authentication/authorization, and CI/CD practices.\nProven ability to troubleshoot complex application and production issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and drive root cause resolution.\nDemonstrated technical leadership through architecture/design decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and independent ownership of complex initiatives.\nStrong collaboration, communication, and technical documentation skills in an Agile environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Java/Spring Boot microservices.\nHands-on Datadog experience with application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, logging, and alerting.\nExperience with Cypress and/or Playwright automated testing.\nExperience building AI-powered applications or chatbots with AWS Bedrock or related generative AI services.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nWithin 6-12 months, independently deliver complex full stack enhancements and own their reliability through production.\nLead at least one meaningful design or performance improvement, supported by clear technical documentation and measurable outcomes.\nResolve challenging cross-layer production issues with thorough root cause analysis and improvements to monitoring or prevention.\nElevate team engineering quality through constructive code
