The aim for this role is not just to keep the current portfolio alive but to ensure that it is thriving by experimenting with pricing, positioning, post market claims and strategic globalisation of the portfolio.\nWhat You’ll Do\nChampion patient and provider needs throughout the product lifecycle.\nMonitor in-market product performance and identify opportunities to maintain quality and competitiveness.\nGather insights and help turn them into clear, prioritised actions.\nOwn a product within the mask portfolio or provide hands-on support across development and launch.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply, Marketing and Engineering teams.\nInfluence priorities and support the effective delivery of cross-functional projects.\nContribute to new product introductions and broader strategic initiatives.\nMeasure success through user satisfaction and business impact.\nHelp the team build the right products, build them well and deliver them efficiently.\nThink strategically about the current portfolio and how to make in market adjustments to leverage its value.
