You will work closely with product, engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, and commercial teams, helping them make sound decisions and create a coherent therapy experience across devices and related services.\nWhat You'll Do\nDefine and develop the product direction for our therapy experience \nTranslate user, market, clinical, and business insights into clear priorities and roadmaps. \nBalance immediate delivery needs with long-term product health and platform reuse. \nEnsure product decisions support a coherent patient experience across devices and related services. \nLead discovery to understand user needs, pain points, and areas of opportunity. \nFrame product problems, define intended outcomes, and establish meaningful success measures. \nWrite strong product requirements and success measures. \nMake evidence-based prioritization decisions and explain the rationale behind them. \nPartner with engineering and design throughout development, release planning, sustaining work, and iterative improvement. \nIdentify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, then guide decisions through to resolution. \nSupport launch readiness and post-launch learning for new software capabilities. \nDrive cross-functional alignment across engineering, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on product priorities, direction, and delivery. \nElevate product excellence by strengthening product practices, coaching team members, and improving ways of working across the product development group. \nWhat You Bring\nAt least six years in product management, product development, or a closely related technical or commercial role. \nA background working with connected devices, embedded software, digital health products, or other regulated technologies. \nSound product judgement and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear decisions. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills \nA record of leading cross-functional work involving technical and non-technical teams. \nThe ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. \nConfidence using data, evidence, and experimentation to guide product decisions. \nNice to Have\nKnowledge of healthcare, medtech, or another regulated environment. \nWhat Sets You Apart\nClarity in ambiguity: Bring structure to complex problems and help teams understand what matters most. \nThoughtful judgement: Consider different perspectives and make timely, well-reasoned trade-offs. \nCollaborative leadership: Build trust across teams and create shared ownership of decisions. \nOpen communication: Explain direction, progress, risks, and changes in a clear and structured way. \nCommitment to improvement: Strengthen ways of working and help others develop their product thinking. \nOutcome focus: Keep the attention on meaningful improvements for users and the business. \nWhy Join Resmed\nThis role gives you the opportunity to shape software across a diverse product portfolio.
