You will also influence how we plan and deliver digital programs, improving the practices that support connected software, mobile applications, cloud services, and customer-facing digital products.\nThe role is offered as hybrid with 3 days per week in our Sandyford office and 2 days remote.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead large, complex software and platform programs across multiple engineering teams, from concept through launch.\nOwn integrated program planning, governance, milestones, release strategies, dependencies, and execution.\nPartner across Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Quality, Clinical, Security, Operations, and business teams to align delivery with strategic priorities.\nAnticipate risks, surface complex trade-offs, and drive timely decisions across organisational boundaries.\nProvide clear executive communications, program health reporting, and actionable insights that support decision-making.\nBring geographically distributed teams together around customer outcomes, business value, and shared priorities.\nInfluence roadmap planning and prioritisation using customer outcomes, technical constraints, business priorities, and delivery data.\nPartner with engineering leaders on platform capabilities, APIs, cloud services, infrastructure, and architectural initiatives.\nChampion continuous improvement across Agile delivery, planning, governance, estimation, and delivery practices.\nEnsure programs meet applicable Quality Management System, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements while mentoring Program Managers, Scrum Masters, and delivery leaders.\nWhat You Bring\n7+ years leading complex software, platform, or digital product programs.\nA track record of leading multiple cross-functional engineering teams through influence rather than direct authority.\nBackground delivering SaaS, cloud, mobile, API, or platform-based products.\nA solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.\nThe ability to communicate clearly with executives and manage stakeholders across functions and organisational boundaries.\nKnowledge of risk and dependency management, financial trade-offs, and executive governance.\nThe judgement to influence strategic decisions and lead effectively when priorities or paths forward are unclear.\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nNice to Have\nA background in healthcare technology, digital health, regulated medical devices, global engineering organisations, platform modernisation, cloud transformation, or enterprise-scale technical initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Atlassian Jira, Plans, Confluence, Product Discovery, or AI-enabled delivery tools.\nPMP, PgMP, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), SAFe, or an equivalent certification.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nClarity in ambiguity: Bring structure and direction to complex programs where priorities, dependencies, and constraints are still evolving.\nInfluence without authority: Build alignment across teams and functions while respecting different perspectives and responsibilities.\nSound judgement: Navigate difficult trade-offs with customer outcomes, technical realities, and business priorities in mind.\nShared accountability: Take ownership of outcomes while creating an environment where teams can contribute, challenge, and deliver together.\nContinuous learning: Look for practical ways to improve how teams plan, collaborate, make decisions, and deliver.\nGrowth mindset: Share knowledge and coach others through complex delivery challenges.\nWhy Join Resmed\nAt Resmed, you will help shape the future of Digital Consumer products and lead strategic initiatives designed to improve lives worldwide.
