You’ll build trusted analytics, standardize meaningful metrics, and create scalable reporting solutions that help teams understand what’s happening, identify opportunities, and make better-informed decisions.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate business needs into practical analytics and reporting solutions.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data products that deliver timely and actionable insights.\nAnalyze supply chain data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, data engineers, and analytics teams to build scalable, user-focused solutions.\nDevelop and standardize KPIs, business metrics, and reporting across Supply Chain functions.\nEnsure data quality and contribute to data governance, documentation, and improved analytics processes.\nSupport adoption of analytics solutions through user engagement, clear documentation, and training.\nProvide analytical support for strategic initiatives and ad hoc business needs, communicating insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in data science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.\n3-6 years in a data analytics or business intelligence role.\nHands-on capability developing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, or similar business intelligence tools.\nProficiency in SQL and working knowledge of enterprise data warehouses and data transformation principles, including platforms such as Snowflake.\nAnalytical and problem-solving ability with a practical approach to turning business requirements into useful solutions.\nClear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.\nBackground working within Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Operations environments.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality analytics.\nNice to Have\nExposure across multiple Supply Chain functions.\nFamiliarity with data governance, KPI standardization, and analytics adoption.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nCuriosity: Looks beyond the numbers to understand what the data is really saying and why it matters.\nBusiness Focus: Connects analytics to real operational challenges and meaningful outcomes.\nCollaboration: Builds productive relationships across business and technical teams to move work forward.\nClarity: Makes complex information understandable and relevant for different audiences.\n Ownership: Takes responsibility for quality, follows through on commitments, and continually looks for ways to improve.\nWhy Join Resmed\nAt Resmed, this role gives you the opportunity to make data more useful across a global supply chain.
