The portfolio spans quality and maintenance processes, equipment reliability, industrial digitalization, manufacturing data and cross-domain capabilities used across manufacturing, warehousing and quality operations.\nReporting to the Senior Director, Business Partner for Manufacturing, you will connect manufacturing priorities with technology strategy and delivery. You will work across Business Product Owners, manufacturing and engineering stakeholders, quality teams, GTS delivery teams, solution architects, vendors and system integration partners.\nThis is a senior technology product leadership role. You will shape the product roadmap, identify capability gaps, evaluate technology solutions and create reusable digital products that improve quality, compliance, asset reliability and manufacturing performance. A key part of the role will be enabling digital transformation through capabilities such as industrial IoT, connected operations, advanced analytics and AI.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManufacturing Engineering & Enablement Product Strategy & Roadmap\nTranslate business outcomes and manufacturing capability needs into a clear technical product roadmap, investment priorities and delivery plan.\nOwn the technology roadmap and platform priorities supporting quality, maintenance, equipment reliability, calibration, engineering and manufacturing enablement.\nIdentify capability gaps across manufacturing processes and create reusable technology products that can operate across multiple sites and process areas.\nEstablish common technology foundations that improve standardization and enable future digital manufacturing initiatives.\nPlatform Evaluation, Technology Selection & Enablement\nLead technical product evaluations, RFI/RFP activities and platform selection for quality, maintenance and manufacturing enablement technologies.\nConduct technical due diligence, fit-gap analysis, integration assessments and architecture evaluations to inform investment decisions.\nGuide platform adoption and lifecycle decisions, promoting standardization and reuse while controlling customization and technical debt.\nEvaluate emerging technologies that can improve productivity, product quality, compliance and operational performance.\nProduct Governance & Global Standards\nEstablish product guardrails and provide decision leadership for significant technology and solution-design outcomes.\nDefine reusable global standards and technical templates for quality, maintenance, engineering and cross-domain manufacturing capabilities.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, supportable, reusable and aligned with enterprise architecture, security and quality standards.\nWork with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, vendors and implementation partners to maintain consistent product governance while allowing justified business variation.\nSolution Delivery, Quality & Compliance\nOwn and prioritize the technical backlog across quality and maintenance systems, engineering applications, analytics, integrations, cybersecurity, technical enablers and technical debt.\nManage product decisions, risks, dependencies, trade-offs and technical constraints throughout delivery and the ongoing product lifecycle.\nEnsure solutions support regulatory compliance, validation, auditability, traceability and data-integrity requirements.\nPartner with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, computer system validation and manufacturing teams to ensure compliant implementation and operation.\nHold delivery teams, vendors and partners accountable for sustainable, supportable and high-quality outcomes.\nManufacturing Capability Enablement\nPartner with manufacturing leaders to identify current and future technology needs across quality, engineering, maintenance and operational excellence.\nCreate technical products that can be reused across manufacturing sites, value streams and process domains.\nDefine integration and data strategies that improve connectivity and information flow among manufacturing platforms.\nEnable digital and increasingly autonomous manufacturing through scalable capabilities such as connected work, industrial data, analytics and AI.\nValue Realization & Adoption\nWork with Business Product Owners to define product outcomes, adoption objectives, success measures and value-realization targets.\nMonitor adoption, operational outcomes and performance measures to identify opportunities for improvement.\nUse data, analytics and stakeholder feedback to guide roadmap priorities and future technology investments.\nProduct Lifecycle & Vendor Management\nDefine long-term lifecycle strategies for manufacturing engineering and enablement platforms.\nAlign technology roadmaps with vendor strategies and manufacturing priorities.\nLead strategic vendor relationships, technical escalations and capability-planning activities.\nMaintain platform sustainability through effective release, upgrade, support and technical-debt management.\nInnovation & Product Leadership\nAssess emerging capabilities in AI, industrial analytics, connected-worker solutions, predictive maintenance, industrial IoT, digital twins and advanced quality technologies.\nIdentify practical opportunities to improve manufacturing performance, quality, compliance and asset reliability through innovation.\nInfluence senior business and GTS stakeholders on investment choices, roadmap priorities and product trade-offs.\nBuild a collaborative product culture focused on business value, standardization, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.\nWhat You Bring\nAt least 10 years of experience delivering medium-to-large enterprise technology solutions across product ownership, business analysis, solution design, programme delivery or technical leadership.\nExperience leading technology products, enterprise applications or major transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments.\nExperience supporting manufacturing engineering, quality, maintenance, asset management or related operational technology domains.\nDemonstrated involvement in medium-to-large digital transformation, data, analytics or AI-enabled programmes.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, quality management, maintenance operations, equipment reliability and asset lifecycle management.\nExperience working in a regulated or quality-controlled manufacturing environment, including exposure to validation, compliance and quality requirements.\nThe ability to translate business needs into technical product roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, platform capabilities and sequenced delivery plans.\nUnderstanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, data management and system interoperability.\nStrong business-value judgement, with the ability to balance operational impact, technical feasibility, compliance, risk and long-term supportability.\nExperience influencing senior stakeholders and leading decisions across manufacturing, engineering, quality and technology teams.\nExperience working with vendors, system integration partners and multidisciplinary delivery teams.\nExperience in Agile product delivery environments.\nA bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Systems or a related discipline.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience implementing or supporting Quality Management Systems, QMS, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, CMMS/EAM, MES, ERP, PLM or industrial automation platforms.\nExperience in medical technology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals or another regulated manufacturing sector.\nKnowledge of CAPA, non-conformance management, audit management, document control and validation processes.\nExperience supporting equipment reliability, predictive maintenance or asset performance management programmes.\nHands-on exposure to industrial IoT, machine connectivity, manufacturing analytics, digital work instructions or smart-factory initiatives.\nExperience applying data and AI capabilities within manufacturing, quality, maintenance or engineering processes.\nExperience with Oracle ERP, SAP or comparable enterprise platforms and their integration with MES, quality or maintenance systems.\nUnderstanding of APIs, event-driven architectures and industrial integration patterns.\nExperience leading vendor selection, technical evaluations, RFI/RFP activities and enterprise system implementations.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, validation and compliance requirements applying to manufacturing systems.\nProficiency with Jira, Confluence or comparable product delivery and documentation tools.\nAn MBA or advanced degree in
