From receiving deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory to picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch, your attention to detail will help us maintain the standards our customers rely on.\nYou will work closely with your warehouse colleagues, balancing accuracy, safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment. If you are reliable, practical and enjoy being part of a team where everyone contributes, this is an opportunity to build your experience within an international, growing organisation.\nWhat You Will Do\nReceive incoming deliveries safely, checking goods against delivery notes so stock enters the warehouse accurately.\nPick and pack customer orders using manual or scanner-based systems, ensuring products are prepared securely and accurately for dispatch.\nLabel and prepare goods for dispatch in line with operational procedures, helping the team meet productivity, quality and customer service standards.\nReplenish and rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO principles to maintain accurate and well-organised picking locations.\nSupport cycle counts and stock checks, reporting discrepancies or damaged items promptly to protect inventory accuracy.\nRespond to delivery and stock queries through email and Teams, helping colleagues access accurate information when they need it.\nOperate manual handling equipment, scanners and warehouse systems safely and correctly, including MHE where trained and licensed.\nMaintain clean, organised work areas and follow PPE, manual handling and health and safety requirements to create a safe working environment.\nReport hazards, near misses and incidents promptly so potential safety issues can be addressed.\n Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to manage workloads, resolve stock issues and support the team during busy periods.\nWhat You Bring\nThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nA reliable and punctual approach, with the ability to work well as part of a team.\nThe physical capability to carry out manual handling tasks safely.\nBasic numeracy skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.\nGood communication and organisational skills, including the ability to work with minimal supervision when required.\nA willingness to learn new tasks and develop your skills.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience in warehouse or logistics operations.\nFamiliarity with scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS) or stock control processes.\nA forklift or MHE licence, such as counterbalance, reach or PPT, and flexibility to support shifts, weekends or peak periods.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nAccuracy Matters - You take care with the details because you understand that getting an order right makes a difference.\nSafety First - You follow safe working practices, stay alert to potential hazards and speak up when something needs attention.\nTeam Focus - You support colleagues, communicate openly and step in when workloads increase.\nDependable Approach - You can be counted on to follow through, stay organised and maintain standards throughout the day.\n Positive Mindset - You approach new tasks with curiosity and are willing to learn, adapt and contribute wherever needed.\nWhy Join Resmed\nAt Resmed, our work is focused on improving people's health and quality of life.
