and end-to-end scenarios to ensure high-quality code deployment across distributed systems.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to elevate the technical standards and testing maturity of the entire development team.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify critical performance bottlenecks and integrate automated performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.\n\n- Drive the adoption of modern software testing tools and best practices to minimize technical debt and optimize the efficiency of the quality assurance lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skillset : \n\n- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling automation frameworks from scratch using TypeScript, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and modern testing libraries.\n\n- Proven ability to leverage a wide array of software testing tools to automate complex workflows and validate microservices architecture.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable, high-coverage test plans.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical quality risks to non-technical stakeholders and influence product roadmaps.\n\n- A track record of working effectively in hybrid or high-collaboration team environments, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\n- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software development and quality
