This role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and pipeline development to support timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. \n\nThe Junior Recruiter works closely with senior recruiting staff, hiring managers, and program leadership to ensure recruiting operations run efficiently while delivering a strong candidate experience. This position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow within federal and technical recruiting. \n\nJob Responsibilities: \nSupport the execution of recruiting strategies aligned with organizational hiring goals.\n\nProactively source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry platforms.\n\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, including cleared and technical positions.\n\nReview resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.\n\nRespond to basic new hire questions regarding onboarding, timelines, and required documentation\n\nMonitor onboarding milestones and follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays in start dates\n\nCoordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including collection and tracking of required documents, forms, and credentials. \n\nPrepare candidate submittal packages and maintain accurate documentation.\n\nSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.\n\nMaintain accurate and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n\nSupport recruiting efforts in alignment with contract requirements, labor categories, and program Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\n\nEnsure timely candidate submittals to meet program delivery timelines and customer expectations.\n\nSupport proposal and capture recruiting efforts by identifying contingent candidates for upcoming opportunities.\n\nSupport surge hiring initiatives and rapidly scale sourcing efforts to meet evolving program needs.\n\nMinimum Qualifications: \nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience.\n\n1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR support, or staffing experience.\n\nStrong interest in federal government contracting or technical recruiting environments.\n\nExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, etc.).\n\nEEO Statement: \nWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Disability/Vets Employer.
