You’ve already decided that you want to work at an AI-native company that’s pushing the limits of how engineers work, and now you’re looking for the right one.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nOwn enterprise deployments end-to-end. Work directly with some of the world's largest engineering organizations to deploy Resolve across their production infrastructure and drive meaningful adoption.\n\nBuild custom agents, integrations, and features. Design and ship production-grade software to solve customer-specific problems, from integrating proprietary internal systems to building autonomous workflows and agents.\n\nGet deep into production systems. Understand how customers operate their infrastructure, including Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability stacks, incident management systems, and internal developer tooling.\n\nDrive technical adoption and expansion. Go beyond getting Resolve deployed. Work with customer engineering teams to identify new use cases, expand into additional teams, and make Resolve a critical part of their production operations.\n\nBridge customers and core engineering. Identify recurring customer needs, influence our product roadmap, and turn bespoke solutions into scalable product capabilities.\n\nOwn outcomes, not just deliverables. Take responsibility for solving customer problems, removing blockers, and delivering measurable improvements in how engineering teams operate.\n\nOperate with extreme urgency and ownership. Navigate ambiguity, work through complex technical and organizational challenges, and find creative ways to get things done.\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nStrong software engineering fundamentals. Experience designing, building, and shipping production-quality software. Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.\n\nStrong customer-facing skills. Ability to work directly with enterprise engineering teams, understand their technical challenges, communicate complex solutions clearly, and build trusted relationships with engineers and technical leaders.\n\nAbility to drive adoption and customer outcomes. Comfortable taking ownership beyond the initial deployment, proactively identifying opportunities to expand usage, removing technical blockers, and ensuring customers realize meaningful value from the product.\n\nFamiliarity with production infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and distributed systems.\n\nUnderstanding of AI agents and LLMs. Familiarity with agent architectures, tool calling, LLM APIs, and building reliable AI-powered workflows, or a demonstrated ability to learn these systems quickly.\n\nExceptional ownership and resourcefulness. Willing to navigate ambiguity, work across engineering and customer teams, and do whatever it takes to solve difficult problems.
