You’ll help build a world-class employee experience and ensure our office environment reflects our values of excellence, energy, and care. Working closely with the G&A team and company leadership, you’ll own everything from daily office management to high-impact cultural initiatives. Your work will shape how employees, candidates, customers, and investors experience Resolve AI.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nOversee day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring the office is a clean, organized, and energizing place to be.\n\nBe in the office five days a week during core hours to ensure availability when most of the team is onsite.\n\nServe as the face of Resolve AI for all in-office visitors\n\nPartner closely with the G&A team to support logistical needs, manage vendor relationships, and implement systems that scale.\n\nEnsure food, beverages, and coffee setups are consistently stocked and thoughtfully maintained.\n\nOwn catering coordination for lunches, dinners, and special events, ensuring high-quality and seamless execution.\n\nPlan and execute team events including happy hours, offsites, and other moments that bring us together.\n\nCelebrate employee milestones and achievements from birthdays and anniversaries to personal wins outside of work.\n\nSupport onboarding efforts by helping new hires feel welcome and integrated from Day 1.\n\nTake initiative to improve office and culture processes, whether it’s signage, storage, or a better way to track supply restocking.
