This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates to help drive an efficient recruiting process from candidate identification through interview, offer, and onboarding.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting or technology environment, and able to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport recruiters with the end-to-end recruiting process for SAP consulting and technology positions.\n\nCoordinate candidate interviews across recruiters, hiring managers, technical interviewers, and business leaders.\n\nManage candidate communications, scheduling changes, interview confirmations, and follow-ups.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n\nTrack candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle and ensure timely movement through each stage.\n\nAssist recruiters with sourcing and identifying candidates for SAP skill sets, including S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, Basis, Security, and related technologies.\n\nCoordinate interview feedback and follow up with interview teams to ensure timely hiring decisions.\n\nSupport offer preparation, approvals, background-check processes, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding handoffs.\n\nMaintain recruiting trackers, pipeline reports, interview metrics, and hiring status updates.\n\nAssist with job postings, candidate dispositioning, requisition management, and general ATS administration.\n\nProvide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.\n\nPartner with recruiters to identify scheduling conflicts, process bottlenecks, and aging candidates or requisitions.\n\nSupport recruiting events, hiring campaigns, referral programs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.\n\nQualifications\n1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing preferred.\n\nExperience supporting recruiting within technology, IT consulting, professional services, or SAP is highly preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with SAP roles and terminology is beneficial but not required.\n\nExperience working with an ATS such as Workday Recruiting or a similar platform.\n\nStrong scheduling, organization, and follow-up skills.\n\nAbility to manage a high volume of candidates, interviews, and competing priorities.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and related productivity tools.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruiting data.\n\nPreferred ProfileThe successful candidate is a highly organized recruiting professional who understands urgency, candidate experience, and follow-through.
