In this role, you will combine hands-on maintenance with fault-finding and repairs, working with a diverse range of industrial machinery and systems.\nWith approximately 50% planned maintenance, repairs and 50% troubleshooting, no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical expertise, take ownership of technical challenges, and contribute directly to the reliability and performance of the machinery.\nBest of all, this is a day-shift position with fixed working hours and no on-call or standby duties. You can concentrate on your work, develop your technical expertise, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.\nWhat will you do?\nAs a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping the machinery safe, reliable, and operational. You will work independently on a wide range of technical challenges, from scheduled maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical faults.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nPerforming preventive and planned maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.\nDiagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.\nTroubleshooting machine breakdowns and carrying out effective repairs to minimize downtime.\nMaintaining and repairing industrial processing machines and dryers.\nWorking on automated sorting, folding, and handling systems, as well as hydraulic presses.\nIdentifying defective components and carrying out necessary repairs or replacements.\nInvestigating recurring faults and identifying their root causes.\nImplementing technical improvements to increase machine reliability and operational efficiency.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve maintenance procedures and equipment performance.\nEnsuring machinery and the working environment meet safety and maintenance standards.\nYou will take ownership of your work, using your experience and technical knowledge to identify problems, determine the best solutions, and prevent recurring issues wherever possible.\nWhat do we offer?\nGross monthly salary up to €4,500, based on a 40-hour working week and depending on your experience.\nA fixed year-end bonus.\nDirect employment you bring?\nWe are looking for a skilled, hands-on technician who enjoys working independently and has the technical knowledge to tackle a wide range of industrial maintenance challenges.\nYou have:\nAt least four years of experience in industrial maintenance, machinery maintenance, or production line maintenance.\nA strong technical education minimum MBO level\nThe ability to independently diagnose technical faults and carry out repairs.\nKnowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics.\nA practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.\nA proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.\nA good command
