From single-site trials to complex, multi-country programmes, we ensure our customers have the right equipment, in the right place, at the right time, enabling them to focus on delivering successful clinical outcomes, wherever their trials take place.\nHow will you make an impact & Requirement\nRole Mission\nAs a Logistics Import Team Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely generation of invoices for completed services, supporting both operational efficiency and financial performance. You will help maintain high levels of billing accuracy, provide valuable invoicing insights to management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.\nWorking closely with Logistics, Finance, and operational teams, you will help ensure billing processes are completed efficiently, issues are resolved quickly, and reporting is delivered accurately.\nCompliant, and cost-effective movement of clinical trial equipment and materials across global supply chains.\nThis is a 12 months fixed term contract.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nRaise invoices accurately and efficiently for completed services in line with company procedures and customer requirements. \nReview invoicing documentation to ensure all required information is complete, accurate, and ready for submission. \nMaintain a high level of attention to detail to minimise invoicing errors, rework, and billing delays. \nMonitor and analyse invoice approval failures, identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. \nInvestigate invoicing discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions. \nProduce regular reporting on invoicing performance, invoice values, and key operational metrics. \nMaintain accurate invoicing records, supporting documentation, and audit trails. \nSupport weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting requirements by providing accurate invoicing data and analysis. \nIdentify opportunities to improve invoicing accuracy, efficiency, and overall process performance. \nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects. \nSupport the wider Logistics team with administrative and operational tasks as required. \nUndertake additional duties as reasonably requested to support business and customer needs. \nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, processes, and financial information. You will be proactive, analytical, and committed to delivering high levels of accuracy while managing multiple priorities. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work and continually looks for ways to improve processes and performance.\nEssential skills and experience:\nPrevious experience in invoicing, billing, finance administration, sales administration, logistics administration, or a similar role is a plus. \nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data quality. \nExperience reviewing, processing, and validating financial or operational documentation. \nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and root causes. \nExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. \nExperience maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting activities. \nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution. \nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments. \nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimisation and efficiency. \n\nDesirable (but not essential):\nExperience working within a logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational environment. \nFamiliarity with ERP systems, invoicing platforms, or financial management systems. \nExperience producing KPI reports, financial reports, or operational performance metrics. \nUnderstanding of invoice approval workflows and financial controls. \nExperience identifying and implementing process improvements. \nKnowledge of compliance, audit, or record-retention requirements. \nExperience supporting month-end financial activities. \nAdvanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis. \nWhat We Offer\nAt Resonant, we’re more than a leading life sciences company,we’re a global team united by a shared purpose: the uncompromising pursuit of quality to help our customers move science forward.\nWhen you join us, you become part of a growing global community of more than 850 dedicated professionals.
