This role will be responsible for performing a variety of archiving duties. We are looking for a strong team player, ideally with some logistics/shipping experience who is detail oriented.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop an understanding of our work and how it must be completed in compliance with applicable US and OECD regulations and our Standard Operating Procedures\nDevelop an understanding of Chemical Safety and the proper use of safety equipment\nUnderstand the Standard Operating Procedures and equipment associated with their duties\nUnderstand the significance of Quality Control procedures and perform their work accordingly\nConduct courier services\nEnsure vehicle logs and driving records are present and up to date\nComplete packaging and ship material following the regulatory requirements and transportation guidelines\nVerify receipts to ensure damage free products are introduced into our system, discrepancies are properly documented, and accurate records are maintained\nPlace all incoming and outgoing materials in appropriate staging and storage locations\nPreserve the quality and integrity of materials while loading and unloading activities occur\nPromote the importance of inventory accuracy and aid all other coworkers in all inventory movements as necessary\nEnsure Receiving/Warehouse areas are safe, clean, and presentable at all times\nMaintain knowledge of the Standard Operating Procedures of the Archives\nPerform other duties as assigned by appropriate supervisory personnel\nQUALIFICATIONS\n High school graduate (or equivalent)\nAble to follow written and/or verbal instructions\nCapable of producing quality work\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nAbility to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)\nAbility to lift 75 pounds on a regular basis and operate equipment associated with a warehouse / archive (forklift, etc.)\nGeneral understanding of PPE and MSDS\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nWorking knowledge of warehouse, logistics, shipping, and receiving operations, including inventory control and documentation practices; prior experience preferred.\nStrong communication, organization, and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.\nAbility to follow SOPs, safety requirements, PPE requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines, including DOT shipping requirements.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer/data-entry systems.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nAbility to safely lift up to 75 pounds and operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles as required.\nENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS\nWork is performed in warehouse, archive, and loading dock environments, including climate-controlled and outdoor-adjacent areas.\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and material handling throughout the workday, including lifting up to 75 pounds.\nRegular use of warehouse equipment, packaging tools, and company vehicles for courier activities.\nExposure to varying temperatures, chemicals, hazardous materials, and regulated shipments requiring adherence to PPE and safety protocols.\nFast-paced environment with fluctuating workloads, operational priorities, and shipping/receiving volumes.\nAll work must be performed in compliance with company safety policies, applicable regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nWhat We Offer\nAt Resonant, we’re more than a leading life sciences company, we’re a global team united by a shared purpose: the uncompromising pursuit of quality to help our customers move science forward.\nWhen you join us, you become part of a growing global community of more than 850 dedicated professionals.
