Our portfolio of custom kitting, equipment and ancillary solutions, and biorepository and archiving services stands at the ready - to serve any trial, of any size, anywhere in the world.\nIn this role you will: \nReview stock levels based on Material Demand reports/transactions MD04 and MD06, MD07\nSupport Planning to maintain the production schedule\nGenerate and release daily production orders based on planned schedule and within defined parameters\nMaintain 30+ days of planned to production order conversions for all assigned kits based on demand review in MRP, complete material availability checks for production orders and conversion, modify dates accordingly\nModify the dates for planned production orders to align with capacity and material availability\nComplete these activities without interruption between each (5-10 minutes total):\na. Check SAP inventory for raw material availability.\n\nb. Assign Batch for raw materials to order using BAM (batch manage indicator)\n\nc. Release Order for production. Orders should not be released more than five (5) days in advance of the production date\n\nd. Perform peer label review\n\nPrint and compile packet. The packet includes seven (7) documents: Pick Sheet, Production Order, Non-inventory Checklist, Placard, Assembly plans, Labels, and Inserts\nPhysically transfer the production packet to the Warehouse pick cubby. Orders must be placed in priority order for picking. This should be completed within 48 hours of the scheduled production date.\nMonitor the production process and troubleshoot production issues immediately as they arise. Escalate as needed.\nComplete SAP transactions to create Transfer Orders (TO), Transfer Requests (TR), release orders, confirm print list (CO11n), update long text and close orders. All SAP transactions must be completed at the time of each respective step.\nMonitor and update non-customer supplied material shortages.
