Additional areas of focus include, but are not limited to; records keeping, basic troubleshooting, procedural recommendations, supervision of subcontractors performing work on the premises, hazardous waste oversite, assisting with projects for EHS compliance, and housekeeping. This is a hands-on position.\nAlso, the lead Technician should propose improvements and coordinate projects with a high level of complexity.\nResponsibilities\nManage complex building repairs and\nOversee contractors as\nHazardous waste management as\nEnvironment Health and Safety activities as\nConduct routine inspections of facility and equipment\nCoordinate with the technicians the priorities and help them to solve problems\nShould have excellent communication with supervisors and Technicians\nOther responsibilities as\nManage and assign the maintenance technicians’\nWork with Quality, Production and Supply Chain to ensure shipments are on-time and the applicable KPI’s are achieved.\nPerform Maintenance technician activities as required\nCoordinate whit whoever is applicable (e.g. Production, Planning, Quality) the Product Releasing priorities to ensure compliance with the OTD (On Time Delivery) goal.\nProactively communicating with the Supervisor as issues related to maintenance or personnel performance arise.\nEncourage all members of the maintenance technician Team to stay on task and consistently meet quality and throughput put goals.\nKeep workers supplied with material, tools, spares and supplies necessary to complete work tasks.\nAs a Group Leader, communicates worker performance as such would be related to quality/quantity aspects to allow for proper recognition of work evaluations.\nOther duties as applicable.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum a high school education\n5-8 years’ experience in maintenance support\nStrong time management\nAbility to multi-task effectively in a small, dynamic environment\nDemonstrated flexibility and\nKnowledge in Microsoft office package\nAuto Cad - Solid words knowledge\nDesign skills for improvements\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to work long and/or off hours to support the Company’s\nAbility to lift to 40 pounds unassisted\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
