Additional areas of focus include, but are not limited to; records keeping, basic troubleshooting, procedural recommendations, supervision of subcontractors performing work on the premises, hazardous waste oversite, assisting with projects for EHS compliance, and housekeeping. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nManage basic building repairs and maintenance.\nOversee contractors as necessary.\nHazardous waste management as assigned.\nEnvironment Health and Safety activities as assigned.\nConduct routine inspections of facility and equipment\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum high school education\n1-2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance support role.\nStrong time management skills. \nAbility to multi-task effectively in a small, dynamic environment\nDemonstrated flexibility and reliability.\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to lift 50 pounds.\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $21.54/hr. - $27.88/hr.\nOur company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
