Our interns perform entry level engineering tasks and complete projects as assigned, working independently and partnering with their mentor as needed.\nJoin Resonetics and be part of a team that’s redefining medical device manufacturing. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nUndertakes and successfully completes simple or basic project/process development tasks.\nMeasure products using standard metrology practices.\nCompile and analyze data using statistical analysis techniques.\nDesigns, procures, and fabricates simple tooling and fixtures.\nGenerate and modify manufacturing process documentation and assure that manufacturing processes and related documentation follow established policies and procedures per Resonetics established Quality Management System.\nSupport execution of process and equipment validations IQ/OQ/PQ/MVP/TMV).\nCreate process documentation and training where applicable (Manufacturing Process, Manufacturing, Setup, Preventive Maintenance etc.).\nIdentifies areas for improvement, suggests solutions, and submits idea records.\nAdditional duties/projects as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled and actively pursuing a (BS or MS) in relevant Engineering discipline.\nGood communication skills, comfortable with leading and providing project status updates to functional management and process teams.\nTireless work ethic and understanding of deadline management.\nGood writing skills, able to write reports, manufacturing procedures and assist with validation activities.\nFamiliar with formal problem-solving techniques (Cause & effect analysis, 5 Why’s, etc.)\nEffective interpersonal skills and adeptness in working with culturally diverse employee population.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and negotiate alignment with stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with statistical analysis skills (process capability, equivalence studies, regression, ANOVA, DOE).\nFamiliar with SolidWorks (or equivalent) for tooling/fixture design. Well versed in GD&T and print generation.\nExperience with industrial lasers, interventional device design and manufacturing, device assembly.\nExposure to medical device manufacturing or regulated environment.\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to work in manufacturing and office setting.\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and years of schooling. The anticipated range is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.\nFor temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
