This role provides hands-on exposure to the development and improvement of equipment, tooling, fixtures, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation that support the production of precision components and assemblies.\nJoin Resonetics and be part of a team that’s redefining medical device manufacturing. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nAssist engineers with the design, modification, and documentation of tooling, fixtures, workstations, and manufacturing-support equipment.\nSupport trials, data collection, troubleshooting, and process-improvement activities on the manufacturing floor.\nHelp create and revise drawings, work instructions, specifications, and engineering documentation.\nParticipate in equipment and process evaluations, including identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, throughput, and ergonomics.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, and Lightspeed teams to resolve technical challenges.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrent enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or a related Engineering discipline.\nFamiliarity with CAD and basic engineering drawing practices.\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work directly with production teams.\nClear communication skills and the ability to organize multiple priorities.\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $23.00 to $28.00.\nFor temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
