If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nComplete applicable job paperwork and daily production report outs. \nCommunicate effectively to other shifts any issues, changes, events, etc. \nUse applicable PPE and work in a safe manner.\nComplete work with a focus on quality and minimal scrap, NCMRs, and paperwork errors. \nProvide training on less complex production tasks. \nAssist with smooth and efficient handoffs between shifts, lunches, and breaks. \nReport quality and equipment issues in a timely manner. \nPerform consistently while meeting expected output and while staying on task with minimal distractions. \nMaintain a clean and safe work area.\nFollow instructions of the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to Resonetics policy and good safe labor practices.\nConduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of conduct and job performance.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum one year experience in a manufacturing experience\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with automated or manual inspection equipment\nFamiliarity with ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturing.\nUse of optical inspection equipment. This may be defined as a magnifier, microscope, and/or equipment used for measuring capacity. \nStrong leadership and communication skills. \nUtilize QCBD for data collection, document retrieving, training, create NCMRs, process deviations, etc. \nAbility to print job related documentation for quality purposes.\nAbility to run and/or inspect newly developed processes that are less defined. \nPhysical Demands\nGood dexterity, as many jobs require the handling of many small components. \nStanding, sitting, and walking for long periods of time. \nAbility to use a microscope, including manipulating small objects under a microscope. \nIf working on a laser machine, the use of laser radiation (non-ionizing) sources will be used only in a manner that is safe for all Resonetics employees and visitors. The various wavelengths of laser light utilized at Resonetics will be taken into consideration in this and other personal protection policies by the laser operator. \nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $37,440-$49,990\nOur company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
