The offering position requires the candidate the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete necessary documentation as instructed.\nJoin Resonetics and be part of a team that’s redefining medical device manufacturing. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nProduction Operations\nOperate computer-based machining work centers and related equipment. \nPerform simple to medium-complexity tasks according to customer-specific process requirements and documented instructions. \nForm parts using manual labor, requiring up to 10 lbs of force. \nSet up and adjust equipment to required specifications. \nFollow work instructions, read/fill out router steps, and complete identification labels accurately.\nQuality & Inspection\nVerify system conditions or equipment status before operation. \nInspect components to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. \nDemonstrate awareness of departmental quality goals and ensure high workmanship. \nEnter required data into systems and maintain accurate documentation. \nSafety & Compliance\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, demonstrating strong housekeeping habits. \nAdhere to all safety guidelines, including equipment-specific requirements \nFollow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices. \nTeamwork & Training\nConduct work professionally and maintain a high standard of performance and behavior. \nCollaborate effectively in a team environment. \nFollow direction from the Supervisor, Lead and/or Production Manager at all times. \nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent \nMicroscope skills experience.\nThe use of micrometers, gages and calipers.\nBasic computer skills. \nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of metal tube and wire drawing and centreless grinding is a plus.\nKnowledge of NiTiNol material is a plus.\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $19.00-$22.00.\nOur company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
