If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nManufacture, inspect, and package products following written processes \nWork at a pace that meets establish time standards while making quality product\nCommunicate progress and report problems to Line Lead or Supervisor. \nPerform routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures \nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nSupport company finance, accounting, human resources, quality, regulatory, and clinical departments as necessary to ensure compliance with requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school graduate or GED equivalent \n0 - 1 year of manufacturing experience \nHand dexterity, including ability to work with very small pieces (some under microscope and some not) - requires patience and diligence \nAbility to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.\nAble to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.\nAbility to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner.\nAble to problem-solve, work under pressure, and to effectively manage stress.\nAbility to work overtime as needed\nPhysical Demands\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and/or microscope.\nProlonged periods of standing and/or walking.\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.\nManual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed\nExcellent hand-eye coordination\nAbility to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components\nMust wear gown, gloves, and ear protection when applicable\nMust be willing to work in lab and clean room environments to support project work\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $18.00-$20.00/hr.\nOur company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
