If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nProduction Operations\n· Empty and refill boxing lines and other forms of automation for plastic injection molded components\n· Visually inspect parts for molding defects\n· Load metal inserts into mold cavities to create finished subassemblies\n· Follow work instructions to Label and package finished product.\n· Prepare, organize, and wrap skids in staging and warehouse areas\n· Loading raw material into plastic injection molding equipment Quality & Inspection\n· Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation.\n· Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.\n· Demonstrate awareness of departmental quality goals and ensure high workmanship.\n· Enter required data into systems and maintain accurate documentation.\nSafety & Compliance\n· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, demonstrating strong housekeeping habits.\n· Adhere to all safety guidelines, including equipment-specific requirements (e.g., safe operation of laser radiation sources in accordance with Resonetics’ personal protection policies).\n· Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices.\nTeamwork & Training\n· Conduct work professionally and maintain a high standard of performance and behavior.\n· Collaborate effectively in a team environment.\n· Follow direction from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager at all times.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nExperience using a microscope for inspection or related tasks.\nProficiency with basic metrology tools including micrometers, gauges, and calipers.\nBasic computer skills, including data entry and navigation of production systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with automated or manual inspection equipment \nFamiliarity with ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturing. \nUse of optical inspection equipment. This may be defined as a magnifier, microscope, and/or equipment used for measuring capacity.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.\nPhysical Demands\n· Ability to lift 50 pounds.\n · Good dexterity as many jobs require the handling of many small components.\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $20.00-$24.00\nOur company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
