The program manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the company's various programs. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nOversee the planning, execution, and completion of Operations programs, ensuring they align with Resonetic’s strategic objectives and compliance standards. \nKeep projects on track and ensure timely completion within the defined scope, accountable for successfully meeting or exceeding commitments on performance, cost, and schedule. \nCoordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites and multiple projects to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Delegate and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk. \nManage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and milestones. \nDrive the resolution of issues and escalate them appropriately to ensure the highest level of quality and service. \nMonitor and control program budgets, timelines, and resources, implementing corrective actions as necessary. \nLead risk management activities to minimize project risks and maintain program integrity. \nFacilitate the successful handover of completed programs to operational teams, ensuring sustainable benefits realization. \nInteract with senior personnel on complex matters requiring coordination between organizations. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree required in engineering or related technical discipline. \nMinimum of 8 years of experience leading technical programs. Strong project management experience leading cross functional teams in an operations environment.\nExperience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, with a strong focus on design transfer, manufacturing launches, and line transfer projects across multiple sites. \nProficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills for problem-solving. \nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in setting and managing stakeholder expectations. \nStrong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly in environments where resources may not be directly controlled. \nSolid team leadership, team building and facilitation skills. Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members. \nSolid conflict resolution and arbitration skills. \nStrong executive presentation skills, with the ability to regularly engage and present to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the medical products industry a plus. \nExperience with Contract Manufacturing a plus. \nExperience with ISO 13485 certified facility expansion and relocation projects preferred. \nPMP certification preferred. Advanced certification or degree in project management beneficial. \nPhysical Demands\nAbility and willingness to travel, including internationally. Travel percentage up to 15%.\nCompensation\nThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $96,000.00- $155,000.00.\nOur company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
